For non-life threatening, after-hours emergencies related to public services, call 612-782-3400. City crews will be dispatched to evaluate the situation and assist property owner.

Street Light OutageSTREET LIGHT OUTAGE:

Contact Xcel Energy at 800-960-6235 or Report Outdoor Lighting Outages Online. The form will ask the following: Contact Name, Phone Number, Location of Light, Issue and any other details that assist with repairing the issue.

Water OdorWATER DISCOLORATION, ODOR OR TASTE:

During regular business hours, call 612-782-3301. 
After hours emergencies call Fire Department, 612-782-3400.

Illicit Discharge IconILLICIT DISCHARGE: 

Reporting illicit discharge is crucial in stopping water pollution and keeping our waters clean, please report to 612-782-3441 immediately. For spills of potentially hazardous substances, call 9-1-1 right away.  Non-stormwater discharges are prohibited and are enforced under local ordinances.
