AFTER HOURS EMERGENCY:

For non-life threatening, after-hours emergencies related to public services, call 612-782-3400. City crews will be dispatched to evaluate the situation and assist property owner.

STREET LIGHT OUTAGE:

Contact Xcel Energy at 800-960-6235 or Report Outdoor Lighting Outages Online. The form will ask the following: Contact Name, Phone Number, Location of Light, Issue and any other details that assist with repairing the issue.

WATER DISCOLORATION, ODOR OR TASTE:

During regular business hours, call 612-782-3301.
After hours emergencies call Fire Department, 612-782-3400.

POTHOLES OR STREET ISSUES:

Please call 612-782-3441.

CODE VIOLATIONS:

If you know of a code violation you would like to report, you may submit it through our Code Violation Report Form.

GAS EMERGENCY / GAS ODOR:

If you suspect a gas leak, leave immediately and call 911. After calling 911, contact Xcel Energy at 800-895-2999. Visit the Natural Gas Safety page for an overview on how to recognize a gas leak, how to respond, precautions and more.

SEWER ISSUES:

If you have a water or sewer emergency, contact city offices immediately at 612-782-3301 during normal business hours. For after-hours service, contact the Fire Department at 612-782-3400. City crews will be dispatched to evaluate the situation and assist the property owner.

ILLICIT DISCHARGE:

Reporting illicit discharge is crucial in stopping water pollution and keeping our waters clean, please report to 612-782-3441 immediately. For spills of potentially hazardous substances, call 9-1-1 right away. Non-stormwater discharges are prohibited and are enforced under local ordinances.
