About the Contest

The winner will receive

• Winning Name on a City Snow Plow
• Take a photo with the plow and crew
• Personal tour of our Public Works Facility
• Appear in the VillageNotes, City social media and on our city website, savmn.com

Below are the guidelines for the snowplow naming contest.

• Winning participant must be a Saint Anthony Village resident.
• Please limit submissions to 40 characters or less.
• Submissions that include profanity or other inappropriate language will not be considered.
• Politically inspired names (including phrases, slogans or plays on politicians' names) will not be considered.
• Names or words protected by copyright or trademark will not be considered.
• If multiple people submit the same name, the person who submits the name first will be credited.
• City of Saint Anthony Village employees and family members are excluded from participating in the contest.
• By submitting your entry, you agree to allow the City of Saint Anthony Village to use your submitted entry in a public and official capacity.
• Name of the winning participant will be shared on the city’s website, through social media and in the City’s quarterly newsletter, VillageNotes.
• If your snowplow name is selected as the winner, you will be notified by phone or email.
• City staff reserves the right to make adjustments to name submissions.
• Submissions must include contact information (this info is only accessible by City of Saint Anthony Village employees to contact winner and will not be sold or provided externally)
