RESIDENTIAL SERVICE LEVELS Residential service levels are defined by container size and these sizes determine the rate that each resident will be charged for their trash service.
OVERFLOWING CONTAINERS & FEES Your service level is defined by what household trash will fit in your cart with the lid shut. Anything over and above that may incur an additional charge for overflow bags. Our contract indicates that overflow bag charges will be added to a customers billing if the lid is open more than 6 inches.
Aspen drivers do not assess overflow bag charges readily but mainly for situations where bags are stacked on top of the cart or there are bags on the ground.
NEED TO ADJUST YOUR SERVICE LEVEL? If overflow bags are something you have quite often please contact customer service to inquire whether you might need a larger cart to accommodate your trash needs.
