DECEMBER 2025 UPDATE ON SERVICE LINE INVENTORY
In late November, 2025 the City sent letters to the residences that are still unknown or have galvanized or lead lines and the next steps in the inventory process.
1. If the letter you received said your service line is UNKNOWN Materials, here are your next steps:
If you have already completed the online survey:
- Visit the Minnesota Department of Health portal to check the report for your property https://maps.umn.edu/LSL/
- If your report shows that your Property Classification is Non-Lead, you do not need to take any further action.
- If your Right of Way classification is Unknown, the City will contact you if any future action is needed.
If you have not completed the online survey
- Take the simple steps below to identify your service line material and complete the online form
- If you have not completed the survey and are unsure of how to complete the survey, contact our City Code Official to request an in-person inspection

2. If the letter you received said your service line has GALVANIZED Materials, you have two options:
Option 1: Act now and have a licensed plumber inspect and, if necessary, replace the lines.
Option 2: Wait to replace the line while the City of Saint Anthony Village seeks grant funding for replacement. The City will notify you when further information is available.
