- Youth Art Exchange - Spring, 2000 - 77 pieces of artwork created by Wilshire Park Elementary, St. Anthony Middle School, St. Anthony High School and St. Charles Borromeo students were exhibited in the Salo, Finland roundhouse art museum. During this same time, St. Anthony's City Hall hosted an exhibit of 55 pieces of art created by Salo, Finland students.
- Rivakat Dance Group, June 1999 - The Rivakat Dance Group traveled to St. Anthony, Minnesota and performed at various locations and festivals including the Minnesota State Capitol, the American Swedish Institute, the Stone Arch Festival of the Arts and the St. Anthony Community picnic in Central Park.
- Salo Wind Orchestra, April 17 - 25, 1998 - The Salon Puhallinorkessteri, (Salo Wind Orchestra) toured Minnesota and visited St. Anthony. They played concerts for the St. Anthony school children, at the Landmark Center in St. Paul, for the St. Anthony residents and in a joint concert with the St. Anthony Civic Orchestra.
- Teacher Exchange Program, 1998 - 1999 School Year Chris Ravndal, St. Anthony teacher goes to Salo on first teacher exchange.
- Salo Finland Fire Brigade Band, June 14 - 24, 1997 - The residents of St. Anthony welcomed members of the Salon VPK: n Soittokunta (the Salo Finland Fire Brigade Band) to the United States. For a couple of band members this visit was an opportunity to find relatives, who had emigrated to the U.S. several years ago and were living in the Duluth area.
